About Me

How I think about technology, teams, and building from zero to one.

I work at the intersection of technology, product, and execution, helping businesses turn early ideas into reliable, real-world systems. Over the last 13+ years, my work has largely focused on zero-to-one journeys: shaping technical strategy from scratch, architecting the first version of products, and building engineering teams that can sustain growth rather than collapse under it. I’m most comfortable in environments where constraints are real — scale, compliance, safety, or cost — and where decisions made early have long-term consequences.

My experience spans safety-critical public infrastructure, large-scale fintech platforms, developer SDKs, and applied AI systems. At Plattr Tech Studio, I built and led engineering teams from the ground up, hiring and mentoring more than 25 engineers while remaining hands-on with system architecture and core product design. I’ve led initiatives where architectural decisions directly mitigated significant business risk, including preventing multimillion-dollar losses in high-throughput platforms. Alongside industry work, I hold advanced training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from BITS Pilani, which complements my practice-first approach to building production-grade systems.

Today, I often work with founders and leadership teams as a fractional CTO, providing senior technical leadership early without the overhead of a full-time role. My focus is on clarity over complexity: aligning business goals with technical reality, designing systems that can evolve safely, and enabling teams to do their best work. When the timing is right, I’m equally open to transitioning into full-time leadership roles — but the problem always comes before the title.
